I’m putting together last minute things for my early morning flight tomorrow so I’m keeping it brief today. This week’s meal plan is going to be pretty sparse. I could plan what Ron and the kids will be eating, but we all know that it wouldn’t happen. So I’m letting it go. The fridge will be stocked and they can go from there.
Sunday: Grilled salmon + veggies
Thursday: Crockpot Quinoa Chicken Primavera – didn’t get to make last week
Friday: Baked Falafel Burgers + roasted sweet potato fries
Saturday: Grilled Chicken + Kale Blueberry Superfood Salad
