Hey guys!

My heart, head and belly are so full from an amazing weekend of touring organic farms with Stonyfield. Farming, especially dairy farming, is not a glamorous job. It takes dedication, commitment and an overall love of what you do to survive. The farmers we met…simply amazing. And the food. OMG. So good!

I’m still trying to process it all to put it into words. I’ll hopefully have the full recap ready by Wednesday.

What’s for dinner this week?

Sunday: traveling

Monday: Pick your egg sandwiches or over greens (for me)

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken over Rainbow Bowls

Wednesday: Grilled shrimp with Kale Blueberry Superfood Salad

Thursday: Black Bean Corn and Avocado Wraps or as a dip

Friday: Wing it – I’m going to a SUP Yoga class! πŸ™‚

Saturday: Pizza night

  3. I love the sounds of that rainbow bowl! I am keeping things simple this week since I leave on vacation Friday. Roasted veggies, turkey burgers, and avocado dressing on salad for lunch. Easy chicken green curry for dinner!
