What’s for Dinner This Week?

Runner's World Meals on the Run happyfitmama.com

I’m typing this with a stuffed up nose, a sinus headache and itchy eyes.

You guys, I’m sick. Whaaaaa.

Since my head feels like it’s going to blow up at any minute, I’m keeping this short and sweet.

The majority of my meals this week are coming straight out of the new Runner’s World Meals on the Run cookbook. I was sent a copy to review and am beyond excited to try every single recipe. How could I not – recipes that are ready in under 30 minutes and will bolster your running and most importantly, satisfy your appetite? It’s a runner’s dream!

I’ll have a full review in the coming weeks once I do a little taste testing.

Have a great Sunday!

  1. I’m glad you found some quick 30 minute meals to make. You’re going to need some rest. I hope you incorporate some chicken noodle soup as well so you can recover quickly! I like to make dishes that don’t require a lot of work when I’m sick (marinating some meats and sticking it in the oven to bake). Feel better soon!
