Hey guys!

Hope you are having a great weekend. We had Trick-or-Treating, last soccer game of the season and we picked up new skis and boots for the kids at wicked cheap prices from a Ski/Board swap. This is the year that we are all really getting back on the mountain.

Sunday is going to be a day of yoga, stalking all of my friends running NYC marathon, food prep and some fun, although I’m not sure exactly what type of fun as I’m typing this up Saturday night. Which reminds me – turn clocks back an hour. Did you?!?!

What’s for dinner this week?

Sunday: Roasted salmon + massaged kale + butternut squash (fresh from one of my patients garden – mmmm!).

Monday: Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies

Tuesday: Butternut Squash Apple Soup

Wednesday: Crock Pot Two Bean Veggie Chili

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Pizza night

Saturday: Date night?

  1. I am so glad that we got that extra hour back – I needed it after another late World Series game! That’s awesome that your family skis and snowboards together – I would love to do the same, but I’m realizing I’m terrible and will never be any good at it, haha! Hope you had a nice Halloween! 🙂
