Long time, no post. My apologies for going MIA this past week. My father-in-law passed away last Saturday so we took a trip to Michigan for the funeral and to spend time with family. I’ll give the full details tomorrow but let’s just say it was the trip from hell. What could go wrong, did. At least the time spent with family was good. Let’s just say, we are not hoping on a plane anytime soon after this fiasco!
Thankfully, I had this post all ready to go last Sunday. What’s for dinner is already planned. Now all I need to do is restock the fridge. That’s after running 18 miles and tackling my mile long to-do list. And why do we have to lose an hour today when I really could use an hour more to get everything done?!
