What’s for Dinner? {Week of September 6}

Hello!

If you are in the States, I hope you are enjoying the long holiday weekend. We definitely are soaking it all up. The weather is a ’10’!

That being said, I’m just popping in to share What’s for Dinner this week. With two very busy and late school nights a week, I’ve learned two things already – I’m going to be relying on my crock pot a lot this year.  I also need to do things like slice veggies, prepare quinoa, etc ahead of time so we all don’t start snacking as soon as we walk through the door. This week, I’m off the hook for the busiest night of the week, Monday, since it’s holiday.

Here’s What’s for Dinner this week:

Sunday: Cookout

Monday: Grilled Salmon + veggies

Tuesday: Peanut Sauce Veggie Stir Fry + Baked Broccoli Slaw Egg Rolls

Wednesday: Slow cooker quinoa enchilada bake

Thursday: Baked Haddock + Pesto Zoodles

Friday: Homemade pizza

Saturday: Out

    1. The past few days have been absolutely perfect temp wise and humidity. Tomorrow it’s back up to the 90s and very, very humid. Summer’s last hurrah!
