Happy Mother’s Day to all the mama’s out there!

I realized last night that I did not do a Mother’s Day themed post this past week at all.  It was a crazy week of appointments, baseball practices/games and late nights in addition to the other daily usual stuff.  I had to prioritize and a blog post was not high on the list.

This week is looking a little less nutzo thankfully.

But today, it’s my day off.

I think that’s the best Mother’s Day gift ever.  A day off from laundry, cooking, cleaning, refereeing, and being Super Mom.

I hope you have a lovely day planned full of everything you want to do.  I have no idea what we are doing because I told my family that they need to plan it.

That being said, it’s Sunday and it’s time to find out what’s for dinner this week.

Sunday: Whatever Ron and the kids serve me :)

Monday: Pick your egg sandwiches

Tuesday: Sesame Crusted Chicken with Roasted Potatoes from Sun Basket

Wednesday: Grilled Salmon + 4 Ingredient Pesto Zoodle Bowl

Thursday: Tamale Pie

Friday: Date night/Candlelight Yoga Class

Saturday: Ron’s homemade pizza
