What’s happening friendly faces?!
I hope the weekend is treating you well. Yesterday we made our first trip to Santa’s Village. Who knew Santa summered in Northern New Hampshire? It’s the cutest little park and I’m kind of bummed that it took us 6 years to make it there. We will definitely be making a return trip – maybe right before Christmas to see the big guy?
On tap for today is a long run. I’m not sure how it’s going to go. After being on my feet all day yesterday, my toes were t-i-r-e-d. Fingers crossed I make it to the 10-11 miles that I’m aiming for. Like I said on Wednesday, my training is so all over the place right now. I’m actually kind of wingin’ it!
Btw – Anyone else totally bummed that the last day of the Olympics is today? Didn’t it just start?!?!?!
It’s Sunday. Therefore, we meal plan on Sunday.

Wednesday: Crispy Parmesan Garlic Chicken with Zucchini
Thursday: Quinoa Enchilada Bake
Friday: Homemade Pizza Night
Saturday: Leftovers/Wing it
