Hey there!

How’s it going? Enjoying your weekend? I’ve got some weird it’s a cold, not a cold thing going on. I was seriously dragging butt yesterday afternoon. It was gray, cloudy and way cooler than it has been so I thought it was the perfect excuse to nap and watch the Olympics. Hopefully whatever I have will go away because I’m on vacation this week!

It’s a stay-cation so no big out of town plans. We’ll do day trips, go to the beach and other fun things as we try to squeeze the last bits of summer out before school starts. Btw – how in the world is it back to school time already? I think I’ve asked that 10,000 times on this blog and to every single person that will listen.

I’m not ready for the summer to be over with!

Here’s what’s for dinner this week:

Sunday: Grilled Fish Tacos

Monday: Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken

Tuesday: Baked Pesto Shells and Greens

Wednesday: Grilled Chicken + Tomato, Cucumber and Avocado Salad

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Out

Saturday: Wing it!
