Super quick post today to wrap up some loose ends…
A couple of weeks ago, I posted my new core workout that I’ve been doing daily.
I urge you to STOP doing only planks for your core. There’s so much more! As requested, I put together a demonstration video of all the moves.

I agree about the planks – whenever I do planks, they are included in a nice circuit of core exercises because there are so many good ones. I never get the all over soreness that I love that really makes me feel like I worked out, like I do with planks though – and all variations that go with planks. Going to check out your video now!
