I was going through my old workouts the other day looking for something that I could fit in under 30 minutes and would leave me a sweaty mess. I also wanted something that was going to leave a Rorschach Test on my tummy.
What do you see? I see two people dancing together.
It’s a common misconception that you need hours and hours of exercise to see any benefit. In reality, you can get a fantastic workout in 30 minutes or less if that’s all you have time for. Something is always better than nothing! It’s really about how much effort you are putting into the workout. Don’t just go through the motions. Activate all your muscles with every movement to make it count.
