    1. Here’s the sauce recipe: Mix together ¼ cup creamy natural almond butter, 1½ tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger, and ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil.

  1. Wow have to give it to you, it´s so diversed in its options.

    Actually one thing that I like to do when I run, is to run in the morning with only a lemon tea for breakfast, as from what I’ve heard it makes me burn fat way easier. Another type of tea that I found was a Red Tea recipe ( ), but that’s more for detoxification. Besides smoothies do you have any recipes and/or thoughts on teas?
