I’m doing something a little different today.
If you’re not on Pinterest yet, you really should be. True, it can be a total time suck. BUT it is a great place to find motivation, new recipes, workouts, home projects, blogging tips, cute clothes and so much more. My boards are full of recipes that I refer to each week when meal planning. Pinterest is also a great place to keep all the workouts that I like or want to try in one place.
Here are 5 of my favorite Pinterest worthy posts.
Baked Broccoli Slaw Egg Rolls are one of our favorite things to eat in our house. The possibilities are endless on what you can stuff in the little rolls. Plus, they are just super easy to make on a busy weeknight. Baking the egg rolls gives it a nice little crunch just like if it was fried.
After a huge chocolate craving one day, I came up with this delicious mixture. I wanted a brownie but ended up with an even better version. The bottom resembles a chocolate fudge brownie larabar with an added OMGoodness of a frosty fudge layer. These definitely hit the spot if you have a chocolate craving but want it to be squashed with real food. SO GOOD!
These muffins are staple in our house not just for me but for the kiddos too. Blueberries are my favorite fruit. Pair it with lemon and I’m in love!
I’m still very interested in CrossFit. I haven’t been doing too many WODs at home with marathon training but I can guarantee I’ll be back at it after the race. This workout can be done anywhere – home, gym, track or on your normal running route. Just beware of the strange looks you may get doing V-Ups on the side of the road. 😉
The Countdown is one of my favorite no equipment, body weight workouts that can be done at home or while traveling. One round is a little less than 15 minutes. Repeat it 2-3x for a killer, super sweaty workout!
