I’m a sucker for all the blogger quizzes that float around the internet so I was thrilled when Christine tagged me for the Old School Blogging Alphabet Edition. Plus, it’s Friday. Friday’s were made for things like this!
So let’s get to it!
A. Attached or Single? Attached to my Babuz (aka Ron). We just celebrated our 11 year anniversary and have been together for 13 years. Wow. I feel really old saying that!
B. Best Friend? See above. 🙂
C. Cake or pie? I’m more of a cake person but really it’s only for the frosting. Although if a fresh strawberry pie is in front of me, I wouldn’t turn it down.
D. Day of choice? Saturday. It’s the day that I can fit a yoga class or run (or both) in the morning before hanging out with the family. There’s still one day left in the weekend so I’m not thinking about going back to work just yet.
E. Essential Item? Water bottle. I’m always thirsty.
F. Favorite color? Green but I own and wear a lot of pink and purple.
G. Gummy bears or worms? Worms – preferably sour. I haven’t had any in a long time. Might need to pick some up asap…
H. Home town? Kingsford, MI. Go Flivvers!
I. Favorite Indulgence? Cheesecake or an Oreo Nor’easter – our local ice cream place’s version of a Dairy Queen Blizzard. YUM!
J. January or July? July. After months of cold, dreary weather I look forward to July when blue skies, heat and even humidity are the norm. Plus, July is prime beach weather!
K. Kids? Two – They turn the big 3 next week!
L. Life isn’t complete without? Family, running, nut butters, a wet doggie nose, sunshine and fresh air.
M. Marriage date? May 18, 2002
N. Number of brothers/sisters? Two older brothers. Yup, I had it really good growing up – the only girl and the baby of the family!
O. Oranges or Apples? Apples – preferably a Pink Lady, Honey Crisp or Gala.
P. Phobias? Heights. You don’t want to be on a chair lift with me. And snakes. HATE snakes. I won’t turn my back to the snake tanks at pet stores. Ick!
Q. Quotes? I try to remember this one often.
R. Reasons to smile? See all answers above and below. 🙂
S. Season of choice? Summer although a crisp, blue sky October day is a very close second.
T. Tag 5 People. Melanie Katie Janine Heather Kristin
U. Unknown fact about me? I’ve done quite a few “tell all” posts before like HERE and HERE but have never shared I like to knit. I’ve made tons of scarves, hats, blankets and felted purses. I don’t do it nearly as much as I used to since I’ve developed this little blog and running habit.
V. Vegetable? Spinach. I eat it at least once a day. Just call me Popeye.
W. Worst habit? Hmmmm…I don’t think I have any bad habits (I’m sure others disagree). I pick my nose on occasion. Doesn’t everyone??? Anyone?
X. Xray or Ultrasound? Ultrasound for sure. Makes me think of the all the ultrasounds I had while I was pregnant. A was always kicking her brother in the head!
Y. Your favorite food? Almond butter, peanut butter and hummus. I think I have at least one or more of those a day.
Z. Zodiac sign? Pisces. I’m your typical water sign except I’m not the greatest swimmer.
Now it’s your turn! Pick a letter and answer in the comments.
Have a great weekend!

G: Gummy bears or worms? I’d probably choose bears. Love them on a long run, but I do love the sour worms, too – though it’s probably been years since I had any.
