I love a good challenge to keep me on track with my fitness goals, try new exercises and to keep things fun. Because exercise should be FUN! If you follow me on Instagram, you know I dabble in yoga challenges quite often.

Starting February 3, I’m joining another. This time with Fit Approach and Lorna Jane in the Move Nourish Believe Challenge.

Each day of the three weeks is dedicated to a way to Move, Nourish and Believe. There’s nothing crazy, like do a headstand and read a book at the same time. It’s simple ways to move more, nourish your body so it’s at it’s best and to believe in yourself. Your only given one body in this lifetime so it’s best to treat it right.

New fitness gear is always a good motivator to move more. I’m absolutely loving the Arianna Tight and the Metric Sports Bra. They move with you, wick moisture, and just fit really, really well! I’ve put each through a few runs, strength training and yoga sessions. There has not been a need to tug, adjust or worry about flashing any of the goods no matter if I was swinging a kettlebell or in downdog. You should be focusing on your workout, not on having a wardrobe malfunction.

And can we just talk about this Varsity Zip Through? Love the color, love the funnel neck and of course, the thumb holes. Every day I’ve worn it, I’ve got non stop compliments. It’s cozy, warm and perfect for going to and from the gym or hanging out and lounging.

  1. You are such a sweetheart! I love your posts! I love the pictures, and I love the words! I am glad you are on the MNB challenge, I think it is a great idea, and you will benefit a lot! I found the #MakeAChange challenge so much easier with a support network!

    I wish I could join in with MNB, but my training is scheduled out and personalized for me months in advance, and to peak at the right time I have to follow it! I have my goal races planned now, and I am pushing my body to its physical peak! I will be there to support you every step of the way πŸ™‚ Keep up the good work friend!

  2. This looks like a good and fun challenge and I love challenging myself. The difficult part for me to go meatless! I do eat healthy but I need some good protein in my diet. I know there are other good sources of protein that doesn’t involve meat but geesh! The exercise part would be a piece of cake for me though!
