This week we focused on BELIEVE.
Monday: Spoil yourself! I treated myself to an at home foot soak after a long day on my feet at work. It felt wonderful!
Tuesday: 5 Mindful Minutes. I really, really want to get into meditation but I always find an excuse to not do it. This little challenge gave me the extra push to set aside 5 minutes to just be. And maybe forget that the snow was piling up outside at an alarmingly fast rate (again).
Wednesday: Show us your happy place. The ocean is definitely my happy place. I love it during any season but give me sunshine, warmth and water for miles and I’m a happy camper. Throw in a run and it’s bliss!
Thursday: Thankful Thursday. I give thanks every single day for my wonderful family and my life. They are my everything.
Friday: Show off your biggest supporters. Of course it’s my family. They put up with my weekend long runs.They come out in any weather to watch me for all of 4 seconds as I run by. Seeing their faces gives me an instant perk up no matter how I’m feeling. They are my support crew and I love ’em to pieces!

Wednesday: Leftover Tex Mex chicken over salads
Saturday: Leftovers or wing it!
