#MOVE Friday and Larabar Winner

Happy Friday to all! What plans do you have for the weekend? I’ve got some fun things planned.

Market Square 10K on Saturday. After a full week of rain and cold, I’m hoping the weather cooperates. I don’t like running in miserable conditions!

New Hampshire Blogger Meet Up on Sunday. It’s been kind of impossible to get everyone’s schedule to jive but it looks like a few of us are going to FINALLY meet on Sunday. I’m so excited! It’s my first blogger (I just typed booger three times before blogger finally came out) meet up! I hope they like me!

I realized as I was looking through my posts from the past few weeks that I have been slacking on producing fun, exciting, new workouts to share with you all. In fact, it seems like there has been a lot of talk on food. So without further ado, let’s #MOVE!

Supersets – Legs and Abs

1st round – Perform each move for 1 minute; no rest.

Rest 30 seconds.

2nd round – perform each move for 2 minutes; no rest.

Rest 30 seconds.

3rd round – perform each move for 3 minutes; no rest

Continue on with as many rounds as you want, while continually increasing time.
