It’s Sunday Funday at our house today. I’m not sure of our plans but hopefully I’ll be able to get in a run and some yoga before heading to a local farm to pick strawberries. Fresh berries from the farm is one of my favorite things. No berry from a grocery store can hold a candle to it. There’s just soooo much more flavor! I love a simple spinach salad with strawberries, cucumbers, red onions, feta cheese and poppy seeds. I’m also planning on making THIS recipe.
Besides eating strawberry crisp, here’s my meal plan for the week:
Sunday: Grilled Salmon + green salad
Monday: Chickpea and Avocado Sandwiches – super easy sandwiches that look delicious! Why didn’t I think of that before?
Tuesday: Garden Enchilada Bake
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Greek Chicken Pita Pockets
Thursday: Summer Artichoke and Pesto Pasta Salad
Friday: Build your own egg sandwiches – fried, scrambled – your choice!
Saturday: CLEAN OUT THE FRIDGE!!!!
