Sunday! Sunday! Sunday!
It’s meal planning day again! Last week, was full of the triple H’s – hazy, hot and humid. My oven stayed off the whole week. Hot food? No thanks! The heat wave is supposed to break today and temps will be lower. Do I feel like turning the oven back on? Not really. So it’s still about quick, cold and grilling recipes again this week. I did pick a couple oven recipes but they’ll be made only if the temps are not in the 90s!
Here’s what I’ve got planned for the week –
Sunday: Grilled Hake or Cod for fish tacos. Can’t get enough of fish lately!
Monday: Pesto Egg Sandwiches
Tuesday: Edamame Kale Salad
Wednesday: Grilled Thai Chicken Sandwich
Friday: Green Smoothies and almond butter toast
Saturday: Cauliflower Crust Calzone
