Hi there!

Happy meal planning Sunday.

The weekends fly by. How is Sunday already? I’m still pushing for a 5 day weekend, 2 day work week. Anyone else want to get that petition started?

Yesterday we had a morning of kid activities – Mr. L. had basketball and Miss A. and I checked out a gymnastics studio. She was insistent on doing dance but at the last minute got cold feet. Now it’s gymnastics. Next week is her first class. I hope she likes it. She’s a little monkey so who knows?

In the afternoon we played. The forecast had called for an all day rain. Instead it was an almost all day snow. The kids made snowmen. And then we went snowshoeing. The kids had a blast. Cooper had a blast (for some reason snow makes him act like a little puppy). Ron and I had a blast. It was a good afternoon.

I’m planning on keeping the good vibes going through today. Have a great Sunday!

Tuesday: Healthy Chicken Parm Quinoa Bake

Thursday: Almost 5 Ingredient Pizza Spaghetti Pie
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Date Night
