It’s meal planning Sunday. What do you have planned for the week? Nothing? Well you are in luck. I have 7 days of ideas for you!
When I sit down to plan out my meals for the week, my go to spot is Pinterest. Btw – are you following me? If not, you can do that HERE to get all the good running, yoga, fitness and eating pins!
Anyway, Pinterest has become the new cookbook for me. What’s really funny is that I have actually gone to the website of a cookbook that I physically own and pinned the recipes that I like to Pinterest because I forget about the recipe. It’s just easier to have one stop shopping for meal planning.
I thought I’d share some of my latest food pins to give you more dinner and snacking inspiration.
Pan Fried Sesame Tofu w/ Broccoli – Tofu is such a hard ingredient to get just right. But when you find the right recipe, it’s the BEST thing ever.
Sweet Potato Salad with Lentils and Fried Egg – This is perfect for a busy weeknight meal.
Homemade Vegan Protein Bars – Skip buying protein bars and make your own with simple ingredients.
The Ultimate Banana Oat Greek Yogurt Muffin – A single serving muffin that has all of my favorites wrapped into one package. I could eat this morning, noon or night!
