It’s meal planning day!
After my confession last week, I must say that I did much better in following my original meal plan. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t. No big deal.
Here’s what I’ve got planned for this week -
Sunday: Grilled Salmon + roasted squash
Monday: Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
Tuesday: Roasted Cauliflower Soup
Wednesday: Ron’s homemade pizza
Thursday: Thai Chicken Quinoa
Saturday: Dinner out or Spinach Pesto Lasagna
And some drool worthy foodie Pins from the week. Obviously I have desserts on the brain.
