Happy Sunday Funday!
I love a good weekend and this has been a good one so far. Yesterday I woke up at even earlier zero dark thirty hour and ran a sunrise run up Mt. Major with Sarah. I rushed back home for kid activities in the morning, picked up a sweet loveseat from a yard sale, ran some errands around town before coming home and crashing hard around dinner. It was an awesome run but I was t.i.r.e.d later in the day. Totally worth it and can’t wait to do it again soon.
Later today I’m hitting up outdoor yoga in the park followed with some beer sipping. Fingers crossed the weather holds out and it doesn’t rain!
I have to share one of my new favorite additions to my breakfast and snacks – Navitas Naturals Mulberry Berries and Hemp Seeds. My kids think the Mulberry Berries look like mini pine cones. They are kind of like dates in texture and sweetness and are the perfect super food addition to anything. I’ve been adding them to my morning Stonyfield Whole Milk Greek Yogurt/Granola Bowls. I’ve also added the Navitas Hemp Seeds to my massaged kale for an extra dose of nutrients and crunch. (FYI – I received these products as a Stonyfield YoGetter).
It’s Sunday so it means it’s time for meal planning so I can figure out What’s for Dinner this week. Always an interesting question…
Sunday: Honey Mustard Grilled Salmon + veggies
Monday: Skillet Veggie Stuffed Shells
Tuesday: school function
Wednesday: Pick your egg + Spaghetti Squash Apple Fritters
Thursday: Black Bean and Quinoa Veggie Burgers
Friday: Pizza night
Saturday: Wing it
