Meal Planning: Week of March 23

Hey guys!

Hope your weekend is going great. I’m just popping in with this weeks meal planning before Sunday Funday begins. Gotta soak up all we can on the weekend, right?

Here’s what I’ve got planned for the week:

Sunday: Salmon or cod over roasted butternut squash and massaged kale

  1. Yummmmy! All of those sound good to me….except the egg at the end there….not a big egg fan, but its okay, I no longer HATE them, I just would rather not eat them myself πŸ˜›

    I think I would like to come live at your house this week. I cooked Stuffed Peppers yesterday with enough for a few days leftovers, but not sure I will be able to again until Thursday….I cant wait to be done with this MBA πŸ™ I miss cooking!

  2. That brinner looks amazing! The spaghetti squash pizza sounds interesting. I’ve only seen the cauliflower crust before.

    I’ve been using eMeals so I’m going to be cooking a few things from that. Shopping today!

  3. Well, we woke up to snow on the ground today (not cool!!), so I put chili in the crock pot. This is going to be a week of crazy schedules (especially for my oldest son) so I will be doing lots of crock pot meals since he will have to eat earlier than then rest of us!!
