Did you remember to set your clocks ahead last night?

Truthfully, I’m writing this Saturday night and I purposely wrote that to remind myself to do just that. I have mixed feelings about daylight savings time. I’m really digging the early morning light right now although my kids are waking up earlier and earlier because of it. 5:30 wake ups for them is so not cool. But now with the time change, it’s not going to be light till almost 7 a.m. Boo. The good news is that it’s short lived. I’m counting down to early morning summer runs. It’s been way too long since I witnessed a run-rise!

Today is the last day of ski school for the kid’s. I’m kind of sad to see it go. Initially I thought it was going to be a huge pain to spend the whole day at the mountain. But I’ve really come to enjoy it. Sure, it makes Saturday’s a little more full with running errands but it’s definitely been worth it. Maybe we need to make it Hiking Sunday starting next week?

Sunday: Homemade Pizza Night
Monday: Baked Broccoli Slaw Egg Rolls + Peanut Noodle Bowls
Tuesday: Skillet Chicken and Dumplings
Wednesday: Grilled Salmon + Veggies
Thursday: My birthday dinner!
Friday: Sweet Potato Chickpea Buddha Bowls
Saturday: Wing it!

  1. I always find your meal plans so helpful, past few weeks due to a busy schedule and traveling for work has left me with not much time for these meal plans. But hopefully, I can bounce back.
