Happy Sunday!

I hope you are all enjoying the weekend. The weather is outrageously beautiful so I’m popping in for a quick post for meal planning this week.

What’s for dinner this week?

Sunday: Didn’t get to make this last week -> Spinach Artichoke Chicken

Monday: Zucchini and Corn Quesadilla with Nacho Mmmmm Sauce -> Anyone else miss Mama Pea??

Tuesday: Grilled Fish Tacos + Broccoli Slaw

Wednesday: Grilled Veggie Pizza

Thursday: Strawberry Black Bean Avocado Salad -> Just picked fresh strawberries yesterday!

Friday: 4th of July Cook out

Saturday: Wing it

  1. My personal favorite? WIng it! Legit just laughed out loud, I am a Meal Prepper, EVERY week, but there is one/two nights a wing where WING IT just occurs as well :)

  2. Yes I normally meal plan, but there are some days that I wing it.
    I normally aim for 4 days of meals, 1 wing it day, and then there is left over day.

    I also have to meal plan around our activities. The kids are on school holidays at the moment, so things are pretty flexible, but normally Mon & Tues have to be quick or slow cooker meals, because of after school activities.

    I also meal plan around what I have in the kitchen, and create my shopping list based on what I need, so I don’t buy something that sits there for ever and goes to waste.

    Haven’t decided what i’m going to cook this week, will have to go through the cook books for inspiriation.
