You guys, doesn’t it seem like I just posted about meal planning? Time flies when you are having fun, I guess.

Speaking of fun. Yesterday we got a wonderful surprise when we came home from the kids soccer practice and running errands. Cooper got into our pantry cabinet and ate a 1/2 box of crackers, a sleeve of graham crackers and an almost full bag of brown sugar. Yes, brown sugar. He’s never done anything like this before and we’ve had him for 7 years. Thankfully he didn’t get sick. However, we’re thinking it’s time to put the child locks back on the cabinet to keep our biggest baby out of it. I thought we were done with baby proofing?

Here’s what I’ve got planned for the week:

  1. Ohh polenta pizza! I made cauliflower crust pizza (on the blog tomorrow), but I have never seen polenta pizza before. All of your meals sound great! Very well balanced, yet delicious! I need to get on the Whats for dinner….I know what I am having…..just need to put it on a post!

  2. Not the kind of surprise you really want to come home to, huh?! I guess it would have been worse if he had been sick!!!
    Sadly, this weekend was all about work stuff and I haven’t done any meal planning or even grocery shopping. Good thing it is a fairly slow week for us.
