You guys, doesn’t it seem like I just posted about meal planning? Time flies when you are having fun, I guess.
Speaking of fun. Yesterday we got a wonderful surprise when we came home from the kids soccer practice and running errands. Cooper got into our pantry cabinet and ate a 1/2 box of crackers, a sleeve of graham crackers and an almost full bag of brown sugar. Yes, brown sugar. He’s never done anything like this before and we’ve had him for 7 years. Thankfully he didn’t get sick. However, we’re thinking it’s time to put the child locks back on the cabinet to keep our biggest baby out of it. I thought we were done with baby proofing?

Sunday: Baked Cod + Massaged Kale
Monday: Slow Cooker Vegetable Stew from Real Simple
Tuesday: Quinoa Stuffed Peppers
Wednesday: Polenta Pizza
Thursday: Mushroom and Zucchini Quesadillas from Oh My Veggies
Saturday: Dinner out
