Ever have one of those weeks when nothing sounds good?
That was mine last week. I had planned a delicious week of meals and then when it came time to actually make the food, I wasn’t feeling it. If it was up to me, I would have had some form of a pancake or cereal for every single meal.
This is another week and I’m back at meal planning. Maybe my appetite will shift back to normal. Hopefully it will since one can not live on pancakes and cereal alone.
Sunday: Thai Peanut Salad with Salmon
Monday: Pick your egg sandwiches + roasted veggies
Wednesday: Grilled Lime Chicken with Avocado Black Bean Salsa
Friday: “Cheesy” Mushroom Quinoa Bowl
Saturday: Dinner out or wing it
