Meal Planning {Week of April 24}

Hey friends!

I hope you are having an excellent weekend. Ours kicked off with a full Saturday morning. I did a quick run, went to yoga, came back home to quickly shower and then took my daughter to gymnastics. After that, went back home to pick up my son and Ron for baseball. So much for a lazy Saturday morning!

During my run, I was trying really hard to remember what I did on Saturday morning’s before I had kids. I’m not one to sleep in so I know I didn’t do that. Go to the gym? Shop? Clean the house? Watch movies and stay in my PJ’s all day? I seriously can not remember. It must not have been too exciting if I can’t remember. Regardless, I wouldn’t change it for the world.

It’s meal planning Sunday. Time to plan out what’s for dinner this week. The kids are on school vacation this week so things are a little off for meals. We are doing a little getaway so it will be a nice break from having to plan every meal. I’m getting bored with my food lately so I need to scour Pinterest for more yummy recipes. Any recommendations?

Sunday: Grilled maple salmon + veggies

Monday: Salsa Verde Chicken Enchilada

Tuesday: out

Wednesday: out

Thursday: out

Friday: Ron’s homemade pizza

Saturday: Garlic Dill Salmon + Brussels Sprouts
