Hey friends!

I hope you are enjoying a lovely weekend. We had a busy day of basketball, a little shopping, watching a harbor seal get released back into the ocean after being rehabbed from an injury (so cool to see!), a play date at a park and then out for pizza for Ron’s birthday.

Today is going to be another full day – it’s that time of year!

But first it’s meal planning time.

What’s for dinner this week?

Sunday: Maple Roasted Salmon + Pomegranate Spinach Salad

Monday: Pick your egg + avocado sandwiches

Tuesday: Crockpot Black Bean Quinoa Soup

Wednesday: Spicy Thai Zoodles Bowl

Thursday: Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken & Veggies

Friday: out

Saturday: Leftovers/clean out the fridge
