Like I said this past week, I need to get back into this good habit. It’s not only a money saver but it’s perfect for days when I can’t think of one thing to make for dinner. So here’s what this week’s dinner is looking like for the HFM house:
Sunday: Take out to celebrate a successful Smuttynose 1/2 marathon! (Recap coming up tomorrow).
Monday: Salmon w/ dill and roasted Brussels Sprouts
Thursday: Buddha’s Delight Stir Fry
Saturday: Spinach and Goat Cheese Ravioli
