Today kicks off Runner’s World Summer Running Streak. All you have to do is run at least 1 mile from now until July 4th (that’s 38 consecutive days). It’s the perfect opportunity to help you get back into running or just to have a little goal for the day. You can report your progress at Runner’s World in the comments section or on twitter #RWRunStreak. Actually streaking while doing the #RWRunStreak is optional but would be interesting!
I just wanted to do a quick little post today. I thought it might be fun to document my marathon training with a weekly vlog update.
