High Five Friday

5 from instagram 73115 happyfitmama.comHappy High Five Friday!

I share more pics on Instagram. Are you following me? Please do!

1. Another beautiful sunrise.

2. #stopdropandyoga family style.

3. Miles and miles of roads to explore.

4. I’m living on Pesto Zucchini Noodles right now. I don’t want to turn on my oven!

5. Twisting with my girl.

5 Good Reads

1. 8 Things You Need to Know Before Inviting a Runner to Your House – I love everything Beth writes. Her sense of humor never fails to put a smile on my face because I’ve thought and discussed some of the very same things. She nails this post dead on.

2. Unhealthy Confessions from Healthy Living Bloggers – Further proof that we are all human beings and no one is perfect.

3. Thanks Mom & Dad, for making us play outside – It’s kind of scary how the future generation of kids’ say that playing with electronic devices is their favorite thing to do. Watch the video at the end and then do something about it if you are a parent. Get your kids’ outside!

4. 30 Things I Learned at 30 – While I’m closer to 40 (WHAT?!?!) than 30, I can fully agree with Lindsey on her life lessons. Read and learn.

5. Aspects of Running Perfectly Depicted in Books – If I can’t run, at least I can read about running. And then I want to run more than ever. Btw- you can check out my favorite running books HERE.

  1. I love Unhealthy Confessions from Healthy Living Bloggers…I ate a bagel the other day, felt bad about myself for a second, then started laughing! We are allowed to eat bagels every once in a while! Lol. Thanks for sharing these!

  2. I NEEEEEEDDDDD a spiralizer. I don’t know why I can’t just break down and buy one. Somehow I feel like I can’t justify it, but I know I’d use the heck out of it. I always adore your sunrise pictures. I hope you have a good weekend!

    1. Heather I feel the EXACT same way about the spiralizer! What if I don’t use it and then it just sits there and taunts me for buying another dust catching appliance? (Even though I think I’d use it all the time).

  3. i can’t wait to read these links this week – in fact I went and read the one about having a runner visit before coming back to comment. So funny! I have definitely grilled hosts about good routes and do you know how many times my husband has tripped over some kind of roller or stick? Between those and Roman’s Lego, he’s pretty sure we’re trying to kill him. Happy weekend lady!
