1 ) I love running. Running is my favorite.
2 ) The kids had a snow day on Tuesday so that a basement workout for me. It’s been forever since I ran on a treadmill (other than the Alter-G). It was fun to revisit strength moves that were the norm when I didn’t have a gym membership.
