1 ) There’s a Mama on the Other Side of Your Judgemental Facebook Post – Moral of the story: what’s best for your family may not be best for another. Your job isn’t to chastise anyone who doesn’t have the same opinion as you.
2 ) Inside the World of Wimbledon Ball Boys and Girls – Watching Wimbledon, I’ve always been fascinated with the bally boys and girls. They are always on it! And now I know why. It’s a serious, serious job that thousands of kids apply for. It takes months of training prior to Wimbledon. And of course, there’s dealing with the players little quirks. So stressful but so very cool!
3 ) Here’s Why One of My Favorite Words is Grit – Grit was (is?) my word of the year. Back in January, I chose that word because I love that it sounds bad ass and I felt like I needed to channel my inner bad ass to get things done this year. 4 ) Training and the Art of Stress Management – There’s good stress and there’s bad stress. Don’t let the bad stuff derail your training. Easier said than done, right?
