It’s time for High Five Friday.

I haven’t been this excited for Friday since last Friday.

I say that every week but it really is true.  Plus, I’m going to a Candlelight Restorative Yoga and Massage class tonight.  Doesn’t that sound absolutely lovely? I can feel my Om taking me away as we speak.

1 ) Stop drop and yoga

2 ) Sunrise walks.  Hopefully I’ll be enjoying a sunrise run within the next few weeks.

3 ) Latte love

4 ) When it’s 60 degrees at sunrise, you take your workout outside. Thankfully, bands are super portable.

5 ) It feels so good to be out of the basement on on the roads.  I can’t do it everyday but something is better than nothing. Even if it’s not as warm as it was earlier in the week.

  1. I heard they donate the clothes so I hope I’m right! And yes. I want to know exactly where they are because a lot of that stuff I would definitely not “throw away!”

  2. I am so happy about sunrise runs, but right now, I am doing sunrise walks with the dog and then my runs! It’s ok, though, because the lakefront still looks pretty darn gooooood. Have a great weekend, Angela!
