1 ) You Don’t Look Like a Runner – How many of us have heard that statement before? My question is, what does a runner look like? To me, if you run, you are a runner.
2 ) Ways to Embrace Hygge, the Danish Secret to Staying Happy During Winter – The other day I had a moment where all I could think of was how long it had been since I’d run in daylight. The good news is that we are gaining daylight every day. Here’s some tips how to get through the rest of winter.
3 ) Ramp Up Your Running By Hitting the Couch (or wall) – We recently did a series of this stretch in yoga class and it was amazing. Everyone was dying because it’s intense. Do it daily so it won’t be so intense!
4 ) I Broke Up with My Phone and Fell in Love with Someone Else – I go through these feelings almost daily. What did I do before I had my phone attached to me 24/7? I think I need to do a screen detox for a day just to feel what it’s like to not be so connected again.
