Sunshine miles. Have I told you lately that I love summer running? I’ll take sweating like crazy over frigid temps any day.
Once you crunch. You can’t stop. Seriously. The good people at Crunchies sent me a variety of freeze dried fruits to try out. As soon as it arrived, we had a tasting party. Let’s just say it’s the family’s latest snack obsession And I kind of feel like an astronaut eating freeze dried fruit. I remember a kid in first grade shared freeze dried ice cream from the Kennedy Space Center with the whole class. We thought it was the coolest thing.
On Retiring from Professional Racing – I can’t say it’s good news that Lauren is retiring but I’m excited to see what the next step is for her. She’s done so much for the sport already and she’s on a mission to do even more.

What Makes Someone A Runner? – If you run races, are you a runner more than someone who “only” runs a few times a week for the love of running? In my mind, if you run, you are a runner. It doesn’t matter if you are training for a race or doing it for fun.
