High Five Friday

High Five Friday April 22 2016 happyfitmama.com

High Five Friday is here! It’s time to spread good vibes because we all could use more good news right? Want to get in on the action? You can find all the details HERE.

5 from Instagram – Are you following me? Please do!

A bird’s eye view on a bluebird day. You can’t beat a view like that.

Same place, different day, still one big hill to climb over and over. Getting stronger each and every time. Eight weeks to Mount Washington!

I run the day before the day runs me. Or at least that’s why I tell myself.

Can you tell I’ve missed my sunrise runs? I can’t get enough!

When you reach the summit of your hike, you must #stopdropandyoga. I don’t want to jinx things but I think spring might actually be here to stay. Woohooo!

  1. Hooray! I absolutely love your sunrise run pics and wish I could be out there with you. I also love that post from Laura and Scary Mommy…I’ll have to read the others, especially the one on positivity ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. I’ve come to love these Friday posts from you… they usually introduce me to new blogs I want to follow now that I’ve been trying to blog again (although on a much more limited level than I used to). So, thanks for sharing!! And I love being up for the sunrise when I’m actually able to get myself awake that early. It usually means traveling to a different time zone where I’m awake for the sunrise but my body clock says I’m supposed to be awake anyway. ha! Like the sunrises from Thailand this last winter…. breathtaking!! I was up for almost all of them for the first 2 weeks because my body was still on west coast US time! Ok, Happy Friday!!

  3. Thank you so much for sharing my post!! I adore your Instagram photos, as always. I hiked our Mt. Washington and thought of your race. We climbed 3200 feet over 4.5 miles and all I could think is how bad*ss you are for running a race twice as steep and nearly twice as long!

  4. I love the photos. The background and environment look gorgeous. I’m kind of jealous because I’m stuck with the urban environment since I live in the city. So all I get to see when running are the buildings, cars and streets. Nevertheless, it gives me a good workout and makes me feel good.
