Opps I did it again! Not really…April Fools! I got you guys good last Friday. 🙂
One day it’s 70 degrees. Two days later, it snows. WTF?
My quad is 100% back to normal thanks to taking a week off from running and an awesome massage and cupping session with my massage therapist. It was my first time cupping. It’s pretty cool how it just “vacuums” out the knots.
