Healthy snacking with Wasa

I have Swedish envy.

I’ve always wanted to go to Sweden. Maybe it’s the teeny tiny piece of my Swedish heritage that’s drawn me to the country. Most likely it’s my envy of how they live their daily lives. They really have mastered a much healthier work-life balance than we have in the U.S. They take more vacations. They aren’t on their smartphones nonstop. They do less sitting and driving, more walking and biking. Our European friends are definitely setting a much better example of a healthy lifestyle!

Not only that, Dads are given 6 months of paternity leave. How cool is that? Check out the video below to find out what happens when an American woman attends a local yoga class while on a trip in Sweden. Can we get a yoga class like this in the U.S. please?

This time of year, most people are looking to get back on track with their eating. I think I do a pretty good job of balancing healthy eating with treats most of the time. But with a vacation and then the holidays, I definitely indulged more than I intended too. I’m trying to reset my sugar cravings and get back to my usual eating and snacking for better health, energy and mood.

Wasa are a healthy snack option. They are not quite a cracker. More like a crisp bread with a big crunch. It’s an easy, all natural, healthy option, all of which are produced with Non-GMO ingredients.

This year, make the commitment to be active more and snack happy!
