Happy Global Running Day!
To me, everyday is a day to celebrate running. But there’s a day for everything so why not running. It’s also an excuse for me to share my running passion with friends, family, co-workers and random strangers even more than usual. I want to see everyone running.
Of course, as luck would have it, I’m coming off 4 days straight of running. That’s unheard of for me. I had planned for it to be a cross training day but I may sneak in an easy 1 mile run just to show some run love.
In honor of the big day, I thought I’d share a collection of my favorite running workouts. Feel free to Pin the workouts from this page or click on the graphic to take you to the original post.
If you give one of the workouts a try, tag me on social media (@happyfitmama) so I can give you a virtual high 5.
Have fun and let your run love shine on Global Running Day!
These are great workouts. I’m actually going to spinning today, but I’ll run tomorrow. ๐
Annnnnd even I am in today (for my own version :-)) as I need to hang at the track for a WHILE afterschool waiting for the child and friends.

Awesome collection of workouts! Thanks for sharing them and linking up!!
Such great workouts- love that AM/PM workout, pinned for later! Thanks for linking up ๐
Totally saving these for later! I am supposed to be running today, but I might have to skip it because I have a little tendonitis going on. BOO
I like your pyramid workout. Today is not supposed to be a run day but I will have to squeeze a few in. Happy running day!

Great workouts! I need to do one of these today!
I definitely need to do more speed workouts, this is a great roundup! Happy running!
I run outside whenever I can but when I do run on the treadmill I like these type of workouts to take the boredom out of it.
Great workouts! Happy Global Running Day!
Great collection of workouts! I need to try your treadmill hill workout soon and that race pace workout once my foot is 100% and I can add back in some speed.
I love this mix of workouts! I’m shifting gears back into a training plan when I no longer have the say on my workout… I’m both excited about that and mourning the freedom of running or fun a little bit.
