It’s another Wednesday already! Jeez, July is flying by. Why does that always happen? Does anyone say January flew by? Nope. Oh well, I can’t stop time but I can just try to enjoy everyday as much as I can. You should too!
It was freakin’ hot here yesterday! The kiddos and I spent the morning making new friends at their new daycare/school that they start at next week. This week we are doing a little introduction to prepare for the big move. When we arrived, their room was outside playing with the water tables and sprinklers. After hanging out and observing for 1 hour, I was EXHAUSTED! I applaud every daycare worker and teacher out there. Phew! I don’t know how you all do it.
After lunch and a nap, we headed outside to cool off with our own little water fun. No party is complete without a couple of chairs in the pool.
One thing I’ve learned since having kids is that there are so many ways to fit in fitness. There’s no excuse. We ran, jumped, did yoga, somersaults, cart wheels (at least I attempted ) and hopped like frogs. Be a kid again and have fun! Your kids are watching so make an effort to MOVE!
