I mentioned these yummy Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars on Wednesday but I took it to a whole new level yesterday. This batch was made with Peanut Butter and Co. Bee’s Knees. Oh yes I did! The recipe for heaven. I may even try it next time with Peanut Butter and Co. Dark Chocolate Dreams. Oh boy, someone pry the bars away from my fingers now!
Fast Friday Workout
I don’t know about you but by Friday I’m running on empty. Doing a workout is the last thing I want to do. Even when I was a member of a gym I rarely made it there on a Friday. I know I should do a little something but it has to be low key. My solution? Resistance Bands! If you don’t have any resistance bands you really should get some ASAP. They will give you a great workout that can be done anywhere and in a small amount of time.
Do these seven exercises for 1 minute each. Rest for 1 minute. Repeat the circuit as many times as you want or up to four rounds. Choose a resistance band that is heavy enough to challenge you.
Do this workout and then you can relax ’cause IT’S FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!
