It’s Friiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiday!!! Anyone else as excited as me? Any fun plans? I’ve got 12 miles to run, a yoga sweat session and some fun antics for Father’s Day planned.Woo-hoo!
Last night, this little Almond Flour Dutch Baby rocked my face off. I love having breakfast for dinner!
It probably wasn’t the best idea to turn on the oven light while it was cooking to show the kids how it puffs up while it bakes. I told them the Dutch Baby was baking but all they heard was baby. Oh oh. I can just see them putting baby dolls in the oven. Reminder for me to check the oven before I preheat it every time now!
As I mentioned before, Friday is one of those days that it’s hard for me to be motivated to get a workout in. I’m toast by 4 p.m. and I just want to veg. If I’m going to do something, it’s going to be a fast workout that I can do under 30 minutes. Here’s my perfect workout solution using my Dynamax or Medicine Ball.
Enjoy your weekend! I’ll see you back here on Monday!

I once put my Cabbage Patch doll in the grill as a “home” and my mom started the grill without lifting the lid and grilled my baby! Lol, I could just imagine the kids’ faces!

Grilled cabbage – oops!
My dad is impossible to buy for so we end up getting an assortment of spicy condiments, sauces, that sort of thing. The spicier the better!

Angela,
Why would you have that breakfast posted here to make us all salivate like this? 😉
By the way, whenever I ‘m about to lose my motivation to work out, I just visualize the amount of money I would be saving on my insurance 20 years from now lol. Oh, plus the fact that I would be healthy enough and full of energy to kick my kids butt when they try to get out of line? You know…when they kids I don’t yet have.. It always does the trick 😉
