Earlier in the year, I confessed my love of podcasts, particularly podcasts that involve running. I never thought I would love podcasts but I do. And thanks to all of you, my list of favorites has grown. I’ve received so many suggestions since that post went live that I thought I’d share with you even more of the best podcasts for runners out there.

Run This World with Nicole DeBoom – This lady is the real deal. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with her on the phone, emailing and meeting her in person at Boston last year. She’s one of those people who is so full of life that you can’t help but get inspired and fired up speaking with her. And that’s exactly why I love listening to her podcasts. You can’t help but feel the energy!
Running on OM – I completely forgot about this podcast when I made my previous list. I first “found” Julia on Instagram. Her pics were gorgeous. Julia is a runner and a yogi and has an incredible calming vibe. She covers a wide range of topics – running, yoga, healthy eating and building confidence. Guests include Lauren Fleshman (who is a monthly guest), ultra runners, musicians and other inspirational people.
The Running Lifestyle Show – Running is life, right? Or at least we try to run that running lifestyle. We talk the talk and
walk the walk run the run. Every runner has a story. Every runner wants to learn more about running. Feed that need here.
Happier – A friend suggested this podcast to me and at first I didn’t think much of it. I mean, I’m a pretty happy person already. Ahem…notice my blog name? But then I listened in because who doesn’t want to be more happy? And now I love it. And I feel happier every time I listen in.
Embrace Running – I fully embrace running so of course I needed to listen to a podcast that does that. From the 5k to marathon, they talk about training, nutrition, gear and race reports. I’ve listened to a couple of episodes and really enjoyed it.
Warrior Mind Podcast – Over the years, I have come to realize (and learn) that my mind needs training just as much as my body. If your head is not in the race, your body won’t be either. This podcast is great in that it discusses all the factors that help build up your mental game.
There are two podcasts that will be starting this month (I think this week?) that I’m super excited for – The Runner’s World Show and Human Race. I read about both in the latest edition of Runner’s World (they make each show). I couldn’t find a link to share but I did find the previews on iTunes. Maybe I’ll have to make another list in a few months!
