Purple Power Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup frozen peas
  • 1 Cup frozen wild blueberries
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • ⅔ Cup plain Stonyfield Greek yogurt
  • 1 Cup 1% Stonyfield milk or milk of your choice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend till combined.
