Apple Pie Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped (you can peel if preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or nut/seed butter of your choice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Mix almond milk, oats and Greek yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Add mixture to food processor or blender with remaining ingredients.
  4. Blend till combined.
