Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn
  • ¼ cup popcorn kernels
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp creamy all natural peanut butter (or your choice of nut/seed butter)
  • 1 tsp Barlean's Butter Flavored Coconut Oil
  • Sea salt
  1. Pop popcorn in air popper or the microwave using Lékué as directed.
  2. Once popcorn is ready, set aside.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter flavored coconut oil over low heat on stove top. This can also be done in the microwave at 30 second intervals. Stirring to combine.
  4. Drizzle melted chocolate peanut butter mixture over popcorn
  5. Sprinkle as much sea salt as desired over popcorn mixture.
  6. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes for chocolate to harden.
  7. Remove from freezer and enjoy immediately.
