Frozen Yogurt Qi'a Bites
  • 1 cup Nature's Path Qi'a Cereal
  • 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1-2 Tbsp water or more
  • 1 cup Stonyfield Organic yogurt
  1. Combine Qi'a, dates and water in food processor. Start with 1 tablespoon of water and add as needed to desired stickiness.
  2. Press mixture into the bottom of muffin tins.
  3. Spoon 1-2 tablespoon of yogurt on top of the crust.
  4. Freeze for 4 hours before enjoying.
  5. Store in freezer.
